Have others bought online services from healthi?

We serve tens of thousands of users through corporate programs. Many of them are on a self-pay basis with purchases made solely online – we don’t accept any other form of payment.

Can I get a refund if I cancel before my health check appointment? How it will be processed? What would be the lead time of refund?

If you need to cancel an appointment, we can help you reschedule as needed.
In case of an unforeseen event that requires cancellation, please call us at +9178293 45677 or drop an email at and we’ll help process a refund. You can get a refund in the same mode as your payment, i.e. if you paid by credit card, the money will be returned to your credit card account. (You should raise the request for refund within 30 days of the appointment.)

How will my chosen hospital/diagnostic center know that I’ve already paid healthi?

They will be informed ahead of time about your appointment. You will carry a voucher that clearly indicates that you’ve paid and you don’t need to pay anymore to receive your tests.

Who will issue the receipt? Can it be used for income tax benefits?

healthi will be issuing the receipt of payment for your checkup, soon after your appointment, via email. The same is valid proof that can be used while claiming medical bills, insurance and tax.

Is your website secure for accepting payments?

How quickly can I get an appointment?

If you book today, you will be able to make an appointment within 2-3 working days.

I’d prefer to get tested on a weekend? Is that possible?

Of course. Be advised, though, that weekends tend to be more crowded than other days. In addition, many locations might not have all packages available on Sundays.

What about home collection by healthi?

Many of the packages have imaging and advanced tests that can only be conducted accurately at your chosen location. For packages where home collection is feasible (blood tests only etc.), we could help coordinate collection from your chosen provider. Some providers may charge an additional convenience charge for home collection.

Easy to understand reports online

When and how will I get my reports?

After your test is conducted, you will get an email/SMS with a link to a secure website where you can view your biometrics results.

Your login ID would be the email ID or phone number you registered with us, and you can set your own password.

Reports and images for studies/investigations like X-ray, ultrasound, ECG, TMT etc. would have to be collected directly from the location where you got your tests done.

Why are healthi’s reports easier to understand than other health check reports?

Are healthi's reports just PDF or scanned reports from the hospitals/labs stored online in one place?

Will I be able to store history and compare results from previous tests?

Yes, you can access the previous checkup results by signing into your account.

You can download / upload the report any time you want. You can also take a print out of the same and can compare all your reports.

What about reports of X-rays, ultrasound images etc.?

Reports and CDs with your results can be directly collected from your test location after your health check or before the doctor consultation.

I forgot the password for my online report access. How do I login?

You can retrieve the password. All you need to do is to go to, click “Forgot password” and follow the instructions.
