How is my order processed?
On receiving your order, our partner customer care team will contact you to confirm the order and arrange to pick up the original prescription from your door step. The order will be dispensed by the approved registered pharmacists as per the prescription provided and will be delivered to your door step at scheduled time.

Is it possible to track orders?
Yes, we will provide order updates through SMS on the mobile number provided during ordering. You can also call our customer care at +91-7829345677 to know the status of your order. You can also send a mail to support@healthi.in

Can I schedule my order as per my convenient time?
Yes, you can schedule your order as per your convenient time by informing the customer care team during order confirmation.

My uploaded prescription got rejected. What might be the reasons?

How long will it take to deliver my order?
Our partner customer care team will call you to confirm the order. You can confirm your availability based during this call. Generally the medicines are delivered within 24 hours to a maximum of 48 hours.

Can I reschedule my delivery? If yes, then when and how?
Order delivery can be rescheduled by calling the customer care at +91-7829345677.

What happens if I am not available at the delivery address?Our partner delivery team will contact you on your registered phone number and reschedule the delivery if necessary.


What are the acceptable payment modes?
We accept payments via cash and card on delivery.

After uploading the prescription and order confirmation can I know the billed amount?
Yes, the order amount will be informed through SMS once the order is ready for delivery.

Can I do online payment ?
Currently we don’t accept online payment.

Cancellation, Return and Refund

Can I cancel the order? If yes, then when and how?
We understand that there will be genuine reasons when you decide to cancel an order. You may cancel your order before delivery by calling customer care number +91-7829345677.

Can I return my order?
We understand you’d like to return your order due to certain reasons. We offer a 30-day return policy. You can raise a return request within 30 days of receiving the order, subject to certain conditions.

Return Policy

Returns are subjected to the following condition

  • Items being returned should only be in their original manufacturer's packaging i.e. with labels, bar-code
  • Only fully unused strips/bottles can be returned
  • Batch number of the product being returned should match as mentioned on the sales invoice
  • Original sales invoice has to be returned for processing returns and refunds

We do not accept returns in following scenarios:

  • Partially used strips, opened bottles cannot be returned
  • Products which require specific storage conditions (temperature controlled) cannot be returned (vials, injections, vaccines, penfills, etc)
  • Products which have expired post purchase
  • Second time request against the same product/order

How can I place a return request?

  • Step 1: Call +91-7829345677 or send a mail to support@healthi.in. Please mention the order number, sales invoice number, date, reason for return, name and quantity of items to return clearly.
  • Step 2: Our delivery team will collect the package from your doorstep along with the original sales invoice.
  • Step 3: Your order will be reviewed for eligibility.
  • Step 4: Once approved, a refund/replacement will be initiated.

How can I initiate refund for my returned order?

You should send below bank account details to our CS Team when creating a return request. We will pass this information to our partner team who will process the refund. Please note refund will be processed only once the return items are confirmed by our partner

  • Account Holder’s Name
  • Bank Branch
  • Bank Name

Important: Please make sure your bank account holder’s name and healthi account name is same. We won’t be able to process refund to third party account. NEFT Refund will be typically initiated in 3 business days from our partner end and will be credited to your account in another two to three business days
